How Long Does CDL Training Take?

How long it takes to get a CDL depends on several factors:

• Which type of CDL you’re getting (Class A or Class B).
• How quickly you complete your training hours.
• Whether you pass your CDL exam on the first try.

A full-time student at New Sound CDL School will complete their CDL training in two weeks for a Class B or Upgrade, and four weeks for a Class A. The part-time training option takes longer, since you still have to complete the same amount of training hours.
