40 hour CDL refresher course near you

Week 1: 40 Hours

Week one is a hybrid course between forty-hour classroom, lab, and observation time. We will cover topics about highway operations, hazardous perceptions, speed and space management. City drive and backing maneuver training will commence.

Week 2: 40 Hours

Week 4 is referred to as Victory Lane. In this week students will demonstrate everything they’ve learned throughout the course. They will navigate a rigorous week of testing which will include straight back and offset precision backing test, along with multiple advance level city route tests. Following, a full pre-trip inspection test of the combination vehicle is conducted. Victory Lane offers the student a boost of confidence they need to pass their final examination with the Washington Department of Licensing.

Washington State requires a total of 80 hours of instruction and practical driving to take the Class A CDL test.
